The DYSC High School Developmental Program is specifically designed for freshman, sophomore, and junior varsity-level players seeking to sharpen their skills ahead of their school season. With guidance from USSF Licensed Coaches and the DYSC Director of Soccer, this program delivers competitive, focused training that targets individual growth and game-readiness.
Whether you're working to secure a varsity spot or preparing for the competitive club level, this program offers the structure, coaching, and opportunity to level up.

USSF Grassroots License or higher
Supervised by DYSC Director of Soccer (US National C License)

A proven, game-centered method designed to:
Improve agility, coordination, and endurance, build technical skills in structured drills, reinforce tactical awareness through game play, enhance decision-making with real-time application
π§€ Goalkeeper Training
Led by a second licensed coach on (twice for week):
Game-like warm-ups and cool-downs, targeted skill drills based on session observation, game-scenario tactical training
πͺ Strength & Conditioning
Held once per week by a third licensed coach:
Soccer-specific agility, power, and core exercises
Game-based movement conditioning
Speed, explosiveness, and injury prevention focus
