After registering, please upload your child's birth certificate to the 'documents' section of your account.

Please upload a current headshot pic.

Please print the 'printable registration forms'.  Please complete this form, have it notarized, and turn in to your child's coach.

                                     2011 Fall RegistratiON Fees
 

 

THESE ARE YEARLY RATES:

All players registered (travel and in-house/academy) will pay a $50 refundable
volunteer deposit.  This $50 (per chld registered) will be refunded as soon as 10
hours of volunteer work are completed.

ACADEMY - IN HOUSE

  • U6 -   $130.00
  • U8 -   $130.00
  • U10 - $200.00
  • U12 - $200.00
  • U14 - $220.00
  • U16 - $250.00

TRAVEL - FLORIDA BLUE  

  • U9   - U10 - $280.00
  • U11 - U12 - $280.00
  • U13 - U14 - $280.00
  • U15 - U16 - $280.00
  • U17 - U19 - $280.00

TRAVEL ONLY:

The monthly payments are paid for 8 months. 

August – November and February – May. 

The fees cover the coaching fee, training fee, and entry fees for 2 tournaments.
